The client of PS Visuals assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance or permits which may be required. PS Visuals is a fully licensed and insured business meaning we can supply any relevant paperwork but will need to be prompted to do so.
The client agrees that PS Visuals has the legal rights to anything they record, including photographs, audio recordings, video, or any other materials delivered to PS Visuals for inclusion in the client's video.
PS Visuals is not responsible for electrical or mechanical malfunctions on the location that are beyond our control, this includes camera and audio faults.
PS Visuals reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and/or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise. All video masters, raw footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of PS Visuals and can be shared with the client at the agreement of PS Visuals.
The client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with PS Visuals’ portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s shooting and editing style. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.
If PS Visuals fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of PS Visuals, including but not limited to illness, accident, labour disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, PS Visuals' liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received. The booking fee is also refundable, apart from in cases of severe illness and death.
The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason up to 30 days after the date the deposit is placed. Should the client terminate the contract after the 30 days "cooling off" period the booking fee will not be returned, Should the client terminate the contract any later than 3 months before the event 25% of the total fee will be owed to PS Visuals for loss of a valuable date.
Should PS Visuals cancel the contract after the "cooling off" period the client of PS Visuals is entitled to a full refund, including the booking fee.
PS Visuals will also offer the client the opportunity of an appropriate replacement in the event of cancellation. If this replacement is rejected by the client they are then entitled to a full refund.
You agree to pay a booking fee to secure your date, with the final payment due by the wedding date at the latest. Once the deposit is placed an outstanding balance will be due. As a client of PS Visuals, we have agreed to provide you with the following...

- Editing provided in house by Matt (from PS Visuals)
- Your highlight wedding film (Between 2 and 5 minutes)
- Your full wedding film (15 minutes)
- Your speeches & ceremony in full
- Your Instagram reel (1 minute)
- Your USB delivered to your home address
- Drone footage on the day (venue & weather permitting)
- Your raw footage provided digitally (via online links) or physically if a USB/hard drive is provided
